H. Health Facility Assessment (HFA) Tool: MISP Process Evaluation

This tool is used to assess health facilities for MISP readiness and implementation during a MISP process evaluation. The HFA tool examines the availability, accessibility, quality, and utilization of the clinical services of the MISP.
