Advocating for the inclusion of sexual and reproductive health in humanitarian settings and crisis-affected persons in global development agendas.
Advocacy draws attention to the importance of SRHR in achieving humanitarian priorities. It draws attention to gaps and best practices and encourages decision-makers to allocate resources to SRHR.
Our work on this issue is led by the Advocacy and Accountability Sub-Working Group—a dedicated group of IAWG members who set the priorities and objectives for collective advocacy and advancing accountability of sexual and reproductive health services and rights in humanitarian settings.
