Providing comprehensive sexual and reproductive health (SRH) care to all, including those affected by crises, is an overarching goal of the health sector. Over the years, however, implementing a planning process in crisis-affected settings for achieving comprehensive SRH service provision (Objective 6 of the Minimum Initial Service Package [MISP] for SRH in Emergencies) has proven to be a challenge.
