Standards for Improving Quality of Maternal and Newborn Care in Health Facilities

Although the quantity of facility-based births has greatly increased over the years, the WHO strives to further reduce maternal and neonatal mortality through also improving the quality of care delivered. This tool is intended for use by managers, planners and practitioners in health facilities.
